Our personnel service helps employers locate dependable, responsible, and loyal employees. We meet industry's need to achieve greater profits through outsourcing while meeting our goal of providing a strong work program to individuals with disabilities. We provide a wide range of home health services that allow you or someone you love to remain at home.

The manufacture of our unique product line allows us to provide jobs to individuals with disabilities. Like many other nonprofit organizations, Skyline Center relies on gifts from our community to supplement the funding available and to help fill the gaps. Services
Skyline Center, Inc. provides customized services to individuals with physical and mental disabilities so they can live and work in the community.
We support individuals of all ages living primarily in Clinton and surrounding areas in Iowa.
Skyline is a comprehensive organization providing Home Health Services, Skilled Nursing, Industrial Services, Supported Employment Services and Physical and Occupational Therapy to all individuals in need.
The organization is a Medicare certified Home Health agency and accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Private Pay, and VA Services.
Skyline Center's founders believed that children with disabilities deserved to have the same opportunities that were afforded to other children.
They wanted them to enjoy a higher quality of life and continue to live in their home community.
We believe we have an obligation to continue their work and honor the legacy they have left us.
Our decisions and actions must demonstrate our commitment to preserve the work that was done before us.
In 1965 the decision was made to leave the Skyline Drive Building and move to 3 buildings in the old Schick Army Hospital complex, owned and operated by the Job Corp.
