Jobs Plus is a private non-profit agency licensed by the Department of Human Services and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
In 1965, Waseca County started Waseca County Developmental Achievement Center (DAC).
It was held in the First Congregational Church in Waseca.
Waseca County DAC had 2 other locations before moving to it's current location in the Industrial Park in 1980.
Because of the growth and success of the program, an addition was added in 1985.
In 1990, the name of the program was changed to Jobs Plus, Incorporated.

Our management consist of the Executive Director, 2 Program Coordinators that write and oversee the programs for individuals, an RN that oversees the health, safety and medication administration to individuals, and the Employment Specialist who assists individuals in finding/maintaining work and overseeing the work program.
Our team works hard to assure each person we support is provided opportunities to make choices, increase their independence, and work in competitive integrated employment.
