The KIT (Keep In Touch) List is an email job posting service where employers and recruiters advertise permanent or consulting job opportunities to over 67,000 high-quality professionals. The KIT List is a fast and effective way to reach prospective employees and consultants in a wide range of fields throughout the U.S. Since KIT List members are referred by friends or colleagues, the list is maintained with a high standard of excellence for job candidates.

The KIT List was founded in 1997 by Sue Connelly, a marketing communications consultant (www.connellycom.com). She created an email list to “keep in touch” with her clients and friends at Silicon Graphics in Mountain View, California. When the company began layoffs, Sue started sending job leads to help her friends. As those friends added their own friends and colleagues to the list, it rapidly evolved into a powerful job resource.
